i read that someone took a mustang fuel pump and stuck it in a k11 can you stick the same pump into a k75? if not is there a pump you can stick into it that does not cost as much as a BMW one? WORKING ON A BUDGET SUCKS. |

K100s and K75 have the same tank internals. Yes. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

Duck: I'm nowhere close to attacking the '96 yet, but just for my information: will this substitute also work on the K11LT? As you may recall, everything is missing from the gas tank on that bike (except the internal metal lines).
Thanks.

Yes, you need to DIY a way to mount it though. Make sure you mount it low to get it as close to the bottom of the tank as possible. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

Thanks, Duck. When we get there, I'll probably be back for more advice.
The one good thing is that in working on the '95 I'm getting a better understanding of the innards and I'm now confident that the '96 can be fully restored.
My only frustration is that the '93 is still up in Orondo and I haven't gotten back up there to ride it.
Thanks again
