| Is there a specific site that anyone knows about that deals with cafe racer kits? Would be nice to just go to a one site sells all type place. Thanks all and safe riding! |

| The easier answer is no. I am part way through a rolling LT to cafe racer conversion. After much looking searching and comparing I found the easiest and simplest way forward for the instrument and controls side of things was to convert to RS bars and instrument support. All fit directly to the LT with no need to change the frame etc as all the holes etc are already there. I ended up with the fuel and temp gauge spare and at the moment they are in pods off the bottom of the fuel tank. I had a police spec single seat seat which I put on it and lost about 10cm off the rear frame. By cutting just small diameter rear hoop and then taking the 10cm from the larger diameter frame I was then able to slot the rear hoop back in and just weld it on again so no change to the structural integrity of the frame. I'll try and post some photos idc. |
