| Ok, looks like my ignition tumbler is bad. It is stuck in the locked position. All I can do is remove the key. I have a shop manual ordered, but until it arrives, any suggestions on how to get the whole assembly out? Thanks in advance. I searched online, but cant find a video..Thanks, Rich |

Rich - taking the tumbler out is a bit of work - it's described in a few posts here at K11. I believe that requires some drilling.
If the bike is on the center stand, get some DuPont Teflon or TriFlow - squirt a bunch of it in there - and wherever - and see if that will free it up.
Had you used the lock position before with no problem?
When I got the K I currently ride, the forks had apparently not been locked - ever. It took a bunch of lube and a lot of wiggling to get it freed up - but it's worked fine since. _________________ Jim
