|
|
Hi All,
Does anybody have the instrument cluster pinouts for a 1994 K1100LT
In English?
I have most of them, but unsure about a couple of wires.
My translations from German could be the problem.
thanks,

| Have a look here, the difference for your model is that ABS is connected to pin 8 & 12. |

And Number 6 would of course be very pleased to tell you about the difference in the pinouts between the K100 and K1100 models,
exept for the allready mentioned pin # used by the ABS. |

Many Thanks to you all for your help.
So Pin 8 is the ABS Warning Relay?
and
Pin 12 is the ABS ???
Can anyone explain what exactly these Pins are?
I have a colour wiring diagram but cant see these wires entering the instrument cluster. _________________ 1994 K1100LT

The left ABS warning lamp (formerly 7L low fuel leve warning) is connected to the ABS warning relay via pin 8.
The right ABS warning lamp (formerly choke on warning lamp) is connected to the ABS ECU via pin 12.
The warning lamps is in use when the ABS performs the self test, and when a problem wth the ABS occurs.
As you don't find these wires on your diagram, maybe it isn't the correct diagram for your model? |
