Take a guess where your body gets the nutrition from? We get all the nutrition from the food we consume but sometimes eating regular food is not sufficient. You need something extra to balance your diet. One can go with any one of the health supplements to build a good health and to lose weight at the same time. The supplement removes extra calories and fat of the body providing you the fitness you always desired for. One of the food supplements is whey protein which is a type of protein low in fat and rich in amino acids. It is suitable for all age groups in the suggested serving guidelines. But it is essentially more necessary for weightlifters, bodybuilders all those who undergo rigorous physical labor. It is available in most of the health stores and you can also buy Twinkies.

Made out of cow's milk, whey protein is an absolute, just about all natural, top quality item which contains small to no excess fat, and is a wealthy source connected with crucial proteins. During weight loss whey protein maintain the fitness of muscles and takes care of the immunity system as well. When it is added in your breakfast your body becomes more fit and efficient performer. Thus it is a great way for perfect body building and provides full nutrition to your body. Whey protein is best suited to people searching for whey products less in fats. Although fats have been suggested benefits as well, sportsmen and also bodybuilders often need low fat whey and Twinkies.

BAH! Probably worse than Vegemite... Furthermore, it is made from cow's milk - something that probably should not be ingested unless you have three stomachs.

At any rate - Robert is cut off - thought about deleting the thread, but decided to leave it up as a warning to any other whey protein pushers...

May I suggest you edit the post to remove the link - otherwise the original spammers purpose is achieved. And from my forum admin experience spammers don't take any notice of warnings not to splatter their crap around the place, so leaving the thread as a warning is probably about as useful as fitting a hip pocket in your singlet.

Just my $0.02 Very Happy

I like TWINKIES. They are a nuclear food. I figure if I eat enough of them I will become infused with their power to withstand a nuclear catastrophe, right isn't that how it works.

I went to that company's website and dug out the email addresses of the two clowns on the "about us" page. I then took the liberty of subscribing them to every spammer's email list I could find.
I hope they appreciate my efforts Wink
