| whats the problem ?they even flash with cancel button,is this my bikes way of saying happy birthday. lol tried flippin all buttons and shutting off ignition ,still broke |

If also your horn doesn`t function, check fuse # 7.

My 97 K1100lt does that when the battery gets low, goes away once it gets better charge (or whenever it feels like changing).

| bike has new battery,never cranked slow .I have 1000 miles since it blew ,no reoccurance thanks |
