SOLD! SOLD! SOLD!
This fine specimen has gone on to another Virginian, may he it enjoy it as much as I have!
I've told him the value of the K11OG and I hope he'll show up here. He also has a K12LT and was an owner of several other K bikes in the past, so I'm really glad it's going to a fan of the K!
I'll bop in here from time to time and see if I can help anyone with any issues I might have had.
I'm also planning on coming to HMVI, but will probably do a separate cabin as the wife has expressed an interest in coming.
Thanks so much to everyone who has offered and given help in more ways than I can count, I'll try my best to pay that forward.
K11OG is the best.
Well guys and gals, the time has come to let the K move on to a new owner.
I'm listing this locally and asking $3,500, but I'll let it go for $3,000 to anyone from the forums.
1993 BMW K1100RS
56,500 miles, runs great, ready for the open road!
Full BMW luggage with keys, including rare 22L Top box.
ABS Brakes
New Road Pilot 3 Front Tire, Rear Road Pilot 2 has several thousand miles left.
Newer Odyssey PC680 Sealed Battery (2 yrs. old) always kept on a battery tender.
Custom Corbin leather seat in excellent condition.
Front Fender Extender
Laminar Lip Spoiler.
Throttlemiesters’s throttlelock and bar end weight.
1” Barbacks
Realm Engineering Rear Shock (3 years old)
Realm Engineering Spark Plug wires (2 year old)
Symtech Heated Grips with High and Low settings.
Catz 55W Yellow Fog Lights
Eastern Beaver Headlight relay kit and Heated Grip relays sets.
Current Inspection, good through ’04/13 Clean VA title in hand.
The needs/disclaimers...
Has slight oil seep from the clutch nut O-ring, about two drops a month from the weep hole. Been the same for eight years, no clutch slip, it just hasn't been worth the tear down to do.
All fuel and brake lines should be replaced due to age. I've replaced two of the front brake line sections due to leaks, the rest ought to be done.
Drive shaft U-joint went out at HM2 and was been replaced with a lesser mileage used unit. All is fine now.
Overall paint is in great shape, a few nicks and scuffs, but generally a really nice looking bike, most people don't believe it's a '93
Otherwise all systems function properly and no error codes or flashing lights.
Text or Call Steve at 757-650-8841 or email: skdonlan@verizon.net, I'm happy to answer questions or send more photos.

Yeah it did.... I'm just ready for something a little more simple, modern and fun.
I'm ready for someone to carry on with this classic beauty, any offers entertained!
