Hi
As the LT seem to be not to bad on gravel, I'm consider getting a second set of rims and tires with a bit more GS use pattern.
Any tips:
BTW. it's for trips like [img]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UT9NhpXvF_o[/img] and rougher.
The LT feels a bit unstable with a couple of cm lose gravel or mud on the surface.  |

Another thing to keep in mind, most dual sport tires will only have 1/4-1/2 the life of road tires. In most cases they will grip the road better, since they are softer compound tire. I always ran Dunlop D607's on my Strom and never had any issues other than I could never get more than 5500 miles out of the rear tire and the front always wanted to follow grooves in the road. _________________ 95 K1100LT Current ride
