Lights and dash lights stay on in one position.
Dash lights on in another position.
Parking lights on, no dash lights in another position.
What does this mean???

The parking light is one click counter-clockwise past the Off position (on my 97 anyway, can't imagine the K75 is different).
Are you sure you didn't turn it too far?

There are always lights on no matter which of the three positions it is in. One setting only the front parking lights are on. I may have running lights on the front blinkers but not on the back. I may have put the brass pieces in wrong.
