Gui,
I do like the ease of maintenance of a V-4 engine. And when engine is laid out longitudinally (crankshaft lying front to back) the design is good for leaning the bike into corners.
Any further details? Is this going to be produced in the Western Hemisphere?

In one direction anyways. In the other, it's more difficult. _________________ M N B

NOT necessarily a good thing. Most people in the USA do not appreciate or go out to buy sport-tour motorcycles. (present K11OG members are in a VERY small group- aren't we special )
Thanks for the link, Doc. _________________ John & Cathy

I have not been able to find any pricing information. That is what is going to make or break this bike. Looks good, might work great, but when I first heard about the project they were talking $30-35K which simply will doom this bike and company to failure. No one is going to spend that much for a first year, unproven bike or company. Don't believe me think about:
Indian resurrection: lasted 5 years went belly up again price: $35,000
Excelsior/Henderson: Could roll bikes out of the factory they spent all of their capital on. Price $35,000
Kenny Dreer's Norton Resurrection: Carbon fiber Nortons price $35,000
See a trend? They all failed. I hope this company can succeed, like Victory, they have to start with lower price bikes. _________________ 1997 K1100LT

They'll have a good chance to survive if they can achieve "elite status". I've read somewhere that Motus is associated with Confederate Motorcycles, another low volume high price brand that seems to be doing OK.
My sense is that Motus has aspirations beyond the motorcycle market(planes, boats, auto) for the very kewl motor.
