So what is everyone using for front brake pads?
I got the front end all ripped apart so better change the pads while I am there. They are due. And who's got the best deals. |

Just my .02 but I've never seen the need to put HH pads on a 4V K. IMO the brakes are good enough using regular pads and HH pads wear your rotors faster.
I can see doing it on a 2V though since those brakes are kind of so-so. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

I use cardboard.
Recomended by the SA Taxi industry.

If it's good enough for a taxi then it's good enough for my bikes. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

| Quote: | Cardboard brake pads were found in the braking system of a minibus taxi that was involved in a collision with another minibus.
The accident occurred at about 7.10am on Thursday after the taxi's brakes failed at the intersection of the Old Vereeniging Road and Main Road in Eikenhof, south of Johannesburg, police said.
Twenty-three people were injured, five seriously |
What I find hard to believe is that there was only 23 people injured. Don't they easily fit that many on one bus? _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT

Hey Duck, the image doesn't look anything like I have. Is that a generic picture? Good price. Brembo brakes? |

Must be. I just installed FA407s on my LT last week and they look like they should. _________________ 93 LT (x2)
