if a fellow could get it for the $20 starting bid, it would almost be worth it. Re-covering it should be fairly cheap...
Although the $41.85 for shipping strikes me as nutty.

is that an abused mayer saddle? if so, then yeah, recovering it would be well worth the cost i would think.

and that seems to be how ebay'ers make their money -- sell the item cheap but bend you over for shipping.

The shipping isn't that bad. It's a big box and gets hit with dimensional shipping vs. weight shipping.

I doubt it's that bad when it's wet. I suspect it's treated with ScotchGuard or similar and has plastic underneath. But it's still fugly.
