1994 BMW K1100LT
91,236 miles
Mystic Red
Second owner of this bike. I've owned for the past five years. If you're familiar with this model, you know it's a jack of all trades bikes. Great for chewing up long pieces of slab as well as carving up some nice twists.
The goods - Custom installed aircraft landing lights for driving lights (100W) with one-off mounts a hi-lo dual switch on the upper fairing as well as stock hi-lo switch can control lights (fully wired with relays), throttlemeisters, heat troller for electric clothing control and extra accy' plug, AM/FM tape radio w/ 5pin lead to plug into helmet speakers, heated grips, electrically adjustable windshield, aeroflow headlight protector, hyper lights, Rick Mayer saddle, BMW tank bag, Panasonic gel cell battery, two RAM mounts for GPS or Radar, etc. WP fork springs, Ohlins adjustable rear mono-shock, color matched side bags (with Cathy's bags) and trunk.
Service History. Replaced driveshaft and swing arm at 85K, front master cylinder at 83.5K, new tires at 84K (tires are 110/80/18 Macadam and a 140/80/17 ME880) Clutch cable at 80K and throttle cable at 90K (lots of engine, transmission, final drive, forks and brakes in-between at the regular intervals) Also replaced the cables in the windshield motor at about 78K. I've put roughly 14K miles on since the Oct. '05 purchase. Battery is four-years old. Ohlins was rebuilt and new spring in 4/08.
I'm starting here, but am open to removing the Ohlins, etc. to lower your price.
Also have a spare upper fairing, both mirrors, stock shock and some other odds and ends.
Asking $4850.00 OBO.
