i have rear drive noise when banking into right corners ,sound s a bit like a wheel bearing noise any ideas? this is my first german bike and first bike i,ve had with shaft drive . it may be normal is it? _________________ 1997 lt 1100 se |

Put your bike on the center stand. Make sure the lug bolts are tight and check for any play in the aft drive train. An inch or two of rotational play is normal. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

hi again, your the man! i just motd my bike , i noticed side play at the rear wheel and adjusted free play by slackening large nut and tightening adjuster with allen key. are these the lug bolts your on about? thanks _________________ 1997 lt 1100 se |

Sounds like your pivot bearings might be going. Time to pull things apart and inspect them. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

The lug bolts are under the plastic cover on the rear wheel. _________________ '02 - GL1800
