Putting the fairing back on the bike, been 2 months so forgot where a few parts go. Pic 1 is the spring loaded lever on each fairing box. How do they install?
Pic 2 is two rubber parts.
Pic 3 is these two rail things?

the rail things look like a broken saddle bag hinge. _________________ Dave Norris KOG 248

They fit under your glove boxes, you will see the three holes where you will need to put 2 screws and 1 bolt and nut that fastens the upper fairing to the lower fairing
Pic 3 is these two rail things?

Got the lid parts figured out. The two large rubber pieces still have me baffled. Hopefully I'll have the bike done today and take her for a test ride!!! _________________ 1997 K1100GT |

The large rubber parts in your 2nd pic, mount under the fairing boxes. They are mounted with the soft rubber against the fuel tank. They mount with a couple of the screws that also hold the lower section of the fairing to the upper section.
The oblong notch that goes towards the "outside edge" is where you run the wires for the guages.
I also agree that it looks like your 3rd pic is broken hard bag hinges. _________________ Ride safe.

Thanks, its all back together, except for the rubber things. I take it for a test ride then put the rubbers on. _________________ 1997 K1100GT |

The two straight Vee shaped pieces go on the end of each side panel, front part by the engine.
Easily lost...
Good luck
