OK - we are 1 over the limit. I imagine we can get away with that. Is there anyone else who is entertaining thoughts of not coming? Please let me know by PM.
If anyone is camping, and bringing sleeping bags and towels, we shouldn't have any problem with sleeping space for everyone.
If you would like to have cell phone numbers of the others traveling to HMSP III, you'll need to PM me with your cell phone number. I'll be sending out the contact list in the next week. If you previously attended HMSP, and don't want your cell phone number given out, let me know by PM.
Thank you, _________________ Jim

Paul & Darryl, not sure how long you're going to be in the states, but you could always look her up before you leave. _________________ Ride safe.

I am hoping to head out Thursday afternoon and highway it to either Lexington, VA or Covington, WV for an overnight, and then take some backroads down Friday morning.
Something like this:

I'm thinking my route will take me straight through Culpepper to give Gwen a hug and a hard time about it. Hope all is well enough that a cancelled trip is the worst part of it. _________________ www.tidewaterforge.com |

Not gonna chance a ride of that length on my surgically-repaired leg fellas.
Enjoy and take lots of pics. _________________ Bane of your existence since July 2006

Stay tuned----Sept 17, 18 & 19

Hi, All,
I just sent a PM to Jim, but thought I should send this out to all. I plan on cooking spaghetti for all at HMIII. My spaghetti sauce contains ground beef, tomatoes, onions, garlic, mushrooms and spices. If anyone objects to mushrooms, I can do a small pot of sauce without mushrooms. I'll also do garlic bread. Same caveat applies; if you don't want garlic, I can do some without garlic. Also, should I use (real) butter, or something else? I prefer real butter, but I'll defer to the majority. There will be grated Parmesan cheese. If you want anything else, you'll need to bring it. I will not be doing a salad or providing anything to drink. If you want beer or wine, you'll need to provide it.
I volunteered to cook dinner. There is no cost involved to anyone for dinner, except as noted (drink). Contributions for the grocery cost (not the travel cost to be there to do this) will be gratefully accepted but ABSOLUTELY NOT required! _________________ Ride Safe,

I vote for a small pot of no-shroooom, but if you leave 'em big enough I'll just pick 'em out.
I'm still willing to sling mexican one night as discussed a while ago. I'll be packing my spices and sauces, if we buy the rest of the fixings on-site. Pork/Chicken/Beef taco raid, anyone? _________________ www.tidewaterforge.com |
