Well the bikes are on there way and should be on the water by the 17th March, so its now just a matter of waiting for May to roll around and then we will be heading out as well, we really can't wait to get over there and get strated on the ride.
Sorry to hear OTG that you wont make it to HM, dont you just hate it when those sort of things happen, hope all goes well and that you are back in action soon.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed and trying to be very careful that I dont do anything silly etc, I've told Gill that home improvements and climming ladders are off the agenda till I get back in July, so I think there will be a big list waiting when I get back.

Your right Darryl's beast is a yellow R1100S which he bought 4 years ago in Oregon for our last trip, I reckon he's not man enough yet for a K11 being only a youngster, but he'll get there one day.
My red K11RS is in the other crate, I just hope they dont fall out with each other on the journey. _________________ Paul & Gill

Hey Y'all,
I'm a bit slow to get on the bandwagon here... is there still a bunk left somewhere? _________________ First words whispered to me by my K1100RS: Faster! Faster! |

Hi, BeemerChick,
Take a sleeping bag. If nothing else, there are (I think) couches and/or cots can be rented. Whatever, if you have the chance, GO! You'll have a GREAT time. I'm sick that I don't think I'll make it this year. _________________ Ride Safe,

Hi BC - give me a day or two to sort things out - got to figure out exactly who is in and who is out and count the bunks. I think we have a few extra at this point.
If you're definitely showing up, and can use pay pal (you don't have to have an account) you can pay Gwen, or you can pay at the event. _________________ Jim

Thanks Jim, I'll be there.
If I can pay at the event, I'll bring a sleeping bag and lay my head wherever there's an empty space.
First tour of the season booked...

Hey Jim, this thread has been thru a LOT of changes.
Would you considering editing your opening post to reflect the confirmed number of cabins, and the flat rate of $71 per person and the dates.

Hey folks.
I've been off the board and my bike for some time. I'd certainly be interested in joining the group. Hopefully the physical therapist will succeed in getting me to the riding stage by then. Is there still room? If not, I'm only about an hour and half away. I'd love to join in some rides. Even though it's bit late in the season, I'd be willing to build some chili. _________________ The Tinman

Hi there, yes it looks to me there's still room as we seem to have 8 spots left.

I would love for you to do that, Shogani; but, it's up the the PT and the Surgeon. I had better check in after another few weeks of Physical Therapy. _________________ The Tinman

Hi, All,
Well, the way it looks there will not be any Phil-cooked spaghetti dinner at HMIII. I got a call yesterday to report for work at the mine in Morenci, AZ, on Monday 3/29, so unless I quit or get fired, I don't think I'll be able to make HMIII. Have fun! I'll miss seeing my old friends and meeting new ones. _________________ Ride Safe,

Phil,
You will be missed.
Maybe you will get yourself fired in time for HL.
