Thanks, but the price is set, 3 or 4 nights, no diff.
I am worried about the following:
What to do if we need another cabin?
If given enough lead time, I could possibly secure #10. _________________ 1993 K1100RS aka The Shop Whore

If you stay four nights, your cost per night is $ 17.75

OK, so now I'm the one not reading!
Got it, $71 regardless if the nights stayed, works for me.
Thanks again Gwen! _________________ Steve

Gwen, my wife wants to come with me. That would be $142.00, is it possible to get a room with a double bed.
Thanks for all you have done. I've put trips together before so I know how hard you've been working.

Yeah, what he said- Cathy and I ended up with just 4 guests for HL and had a bunch to do.
Gwen,
If at the last minute you think we are a bed short I can easily bring a VERY comfortable inflatable mattress and sleeping bag- no bed needed.
Keep that in mind.

Hi Mike and thank you.
I'm at work right now, so when I get home in the morning I'll look at the cabin bed layout paperwork I was given and get back to you here.
There should be no problem as most of the rooms / beds have not being spoken for. _________________ 1993 K1100RS aka The Shop Whore

Thank you John and Ernie .
Keep in mind that cabin #7 has room for 2 extra cot/sleeping bag places.
We'll just keep playing it by ear until the last minute and we know for a fact how many will be able to make it. _________________ 1993 K1100RS aka The Shop Whore

They all have nice bathrooms.
Bed linens are provided but bring your own towel and wash cloth. _________________ 1993 K1100RS aka The Shop Whore

I regret to say that there is no way I can come to this event. I am bummed but with the amount of snow we have had here I will get no days off in May like I was anticipating. Therefore I will not be able to make it. I am bummed. _________________ 1997 K1100LT

Hi, Ernie,
I can use the job, but don't really NEED it. I do need the health insurance which would come with it. I worked for the company I interviewed with for 2 years, driving the gargantuan ore trucks in the Morenci, AZ copper mine. (That was after working 33 years all over the world in the apparel business. I speak reasonably fluent Spanish; I can say "thank you" in Mandarin and Cantonese, nothing else in Chinese.) I'm now drawing Social Security, but have 3 years until I can join Medicare, so I'd like to have a job (with decent healh insurance) until I turn 65. My COBRA will run out in September, so I'd like to have health insurance before that.
Let me know when you're coming. We have some great steakhouses in El Paso and, as John and Cathy can attest, I do know how to cook up a decent spaghetti sauce! My house is a mess, but I do have an extra bedroom as well as a couch which makes into a bed. You're welcome to stay as long as you'd like. Highs for the next 10 days are expected to be mostly in the high 60's and lows in the low to mid 40's. If you were here by Monday, you could help me drive to NC to pick up an '85 K100RT a friend is giving me! _________________ Ride Safe,

Ok Mike, no problem.
Bed arrangements for cabins #11 & #12
Each have 1 double bed in a room and 2 sets bunkbed in one room.
Cabin #7 has 1 double bed in a room and 2 single beds in one room.
Is it OK if I put you guys in cabin 7? _________________ 1993 K1100RS aka The Shop Whore
