Looks like you had a great time in the Mr. Drake cabin!
And I suspect Mr. Phill Marvin could have Italian Roots, to make a great Spaguetti sauce as looked in the pictures. Was that a Bolonhesa sauce?

Adding to the photojournalism Before heading off for a week of fly fishing.
On the ferry.
Skipper, we're a little off course.
View from the Duck's nest.
Duck's nest.
Duck and I went to pull a couple of horsedervies. Note the boots he has on.
There were injuries to the bootless.
The ride.
Micki was a little slow that day.
Chasing the very elusive waterfowl.
That night things were a little quieter.
Until I caught Johnny trying to sneak into my sleeping quarters. I had a trap laid perfectly.
Crab in...
And out.
And down the gullet, shells and all.
Then the ferry towards home.
Great times, great people and dependable motobricks. What more could you ask for. And Klinker, you no show, get your mind out of the gutter. _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT

revenge on the dungee claw...
this is gonna cost me... if you break it you buy it... thats the way it goes...
it was hot on the hill... but some oldgeezers are simply exhibitionist...
fd resting... he had a very interesting night and was on little sleep...

My camera was on the fritz and only working when it felt like it so I didn't get too many pictures. But I did get a few...
The katobrick on the ferry on the way up. Boy was I happy to escape from the 100+ degree weather in Seattle.
A quick stop at the store for beer:
The sun setting as I go out to check the crab pots:
Mr. Eagle was the first guest to arrive:
But then he departed:
Once Phil and Scott had arrived we had three Mystic Red motobricks:
Scott and Milton at beakfast:
Micki, JO and Phil:
Manic Salamander bar ends, both flavors:
Scott on the way up to Hurricane Ridge:
A short break on the way home:
Johnny in deep contemplation of the lifestyle:
Phil was the last to depart, heading south to the California coast. I was tempted to join him:
And not a penny was spent on maintenance for the whole weekend. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

sigh...
I would much rather have been there than here.
And don't K1100LTs make wonderful dual sports? Well, as long as the road isn't TOO nasty anyways... _________________ M N B

Hi, Gui,
No, I have no Italian ancestors of which I am aware. As far as I know, my ancestry is English, Scottish, Welch, French and German.
You could call it a Bolognesa sauce. It has ground beef, tomatoes, garlic, onions, mushrooms and a few other things in it. I offered to do it at Hungry Mother II, but the cabin had no stove - only a gas grill - and besides, Abreeze did a teriffic job on the steaks. Maybe next year at Hungry Mother III, if there is a stove, we'll have spaghetti. _________________ Ride Safe,
