| I charged my battery all night. The auto parts store said the battery was good. It barely turns over and clicks. The battery connections are good. Are there any other connections that could be the problem? |

Starter brushes?
Please add the year and model of your bike to your signature. It makes it easier for us to help you that way. Approximate mileage also helps as some issues (like starter brushes) are wear/use-related. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

| I busted my ass all day on it. Cleaned the starter switch and sprayed electrical contact spray everywhere. I also cleaned the ground wire where it meets the block. That may have been it. It is now running fine, but I'm not sure how I fixed it. A little scary. |

Bad grounds are often an issue. (On vehicles in general, not our bikes.) I wouldn't be surprised if that's what fixed it. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

for a while i had to roll the bugeye motobrick backwards in gear just to keep them brushes making contact... im talking every time i commenced the starting process...
but then i got smart and injected bacon grease into the starter with a marinade injector... bacon grease must be a wonderful conductor of dc electricity...
aints had no problems since...
