Are the radiators all the same on 100 and 1100 LT's Like 93-97?

Are the radiators repairable? Mine got a little hole in it.....apparently from a rock I haven't taken it apart yet....prefer to line up the part if I can.

Thanks

Ken

Ken,

I don't know if the radiators will interchange. I suspect they can be swapped.
And yes, a good radiator shop can fix the hole for you. Ask that the hole be patched with silver solder instead of epoxy. If the shop insists they can do it with epoxy, find another shop.

I realize that Denver is a much bigger metropolitan area, but if you have a tough time finding a good radiator shop in Denver, we've got one in Ft. Collins.

Here's the info:

Fort Collins Radiator Shop
417 Jefferson St
Fort Collins, CO 80524-2416
(970) 482-6783

I had a water pump explode on my old BMW 535i. It fell into the radiator and beat the crap out of it. I was prepared to buy a new radiator, but took it to this guy instead. He pressure tested it, told me how to bend the fins back in place and sent me on my way--no charge. I like that kind of honesty. He's got my business.

Yes, they are inter change able...if you can get your hands a new K100 radiator.....that is your best bet to improve faster cooling.
