so i plugged it in for the running light feature... it works as advertised...

now i want to hit the brake wire to flash my brake light... but i caint finds the freaking yellow gray wire... i guess i should do it in the sun so i can see better... but w t f...

where the he11 is the yellow gray wire...

The gray/yeller brake light wire comes out of the connector for the bulb monitor unit.

The SM6 won't flash your brake light. What it does when you hook it up to the brake light is pause the auto-cancel if you keep the brake applied while stopped. Read the manual again.

i got the sm for the running lights... i ebayed it for $50 new n unused over the winter...

last year i scored 2 bung flashers for the bug... i brought the spare just in case... so... thats what im gonna install it for now... that way the signal minder aint doing ch1t except the standard flash and the running lights...

all else turned off... perhaps it will last if its not doing much...
