Here is my girl, almost 3, helping me take the fairing off the K so I could do an oil change. She was better with the wrench than some mechanics I know.

Great pictures, looks just like my bike. I think girls (women) would be a lot better with fixing things if shown how to at a young age. My four year old daughter loves my tools and always helps out (for a little while) with any projects I'm working on. Not sure I'd trust her around my bike yet though! 
What does TCHAIR mean?

Allen, No we are not saving for technical education. She will learn it the same way Daddy did, working on cars and bikes and stuff.

So, by the time she's five, you can have her doing a spline lube for her allowance while you have the easy job of mowing the lawn. 
(You should include a pciture of her face - little kids are cute.)

She is almost 6 now. I did not post her face on purpose. Lots of sickos on the internet. But she is a cutie for sure. She has helped me change the brake disc buttons, more oil changes, she really helped change the hoses last spring. I did all of them, and the one was really hard for my big ham hands to reach, she had no issue. She knows most of the important tools by name, and can check sockets for size. She is also starting to be able to look at a bolt and say "12 mm" and then get the right wrench, what can I say, she is gifted.

I probably don't have to tell you that YOU are the recipient of a great gift.
And although my own would rather watch another episode of Hannah Montana than hand me wrenches  , I suppose I'll keep her. She does like going for a ride with Dad once in a while.

When she hits the rebllious years, she'll probably be telling you to get a Harley.

When I think to myself, "that might be the cutest thing I have ever heard", I can only imagine what it does to her father. Seems as if raising kids these days is a very risky proposition, very different from just a few generations before. And it sounds like you are building a very strong foundation.

I was the first born of three. Birthdays 1962, 1965, and 1980 
My Dad wanted a son and never got one, so he took me under his wing and raised me like a son. By 16, I had my hands on a blow torch, had piddled around with a welder, learned to bend and thread pipe, could assemble CPVC, lay roofing shingles, bleed brakes, dig up and clean out a septic tank, stitch up a dog's wounds, terminate a suffering animal, butcher pigs and chickens, plant, grow and can dozens of food plants, make soap from fat, jam from wild berries, chop wood, build a fire with one match, take and develope photographs, hunt and butcher deer, stretch fence, lay insulation, hang drywall, use a telescope, use a skill, table, and jig saw, change the oil in my car, change a flat tire, paint a house inside and out, drill and tap, pop rivits, hog rings, build animal cages, change the wax seal under a toilet and knew the name of most of the tools in a tool box and so much more.
I'm so grateful my father gave me these powerful tools for life.
Knowledge is the only antidote for fear.
Good onya for empowering your little girl and laying the foundations for a strong father/daughter bond.

I have never been disappointed about my girl. She is great, loves her Mommy and Daddy, and behaves really well. I would like for the next child to be a boy, but if not that will be OK. (We will not find out the gender until the kiddo is born) Its not for wanting her to "be a boy", but simply to not be a "helpless girl".
My sisters both had to learn to jack up the car to change tires before they were allowed to drive. You may laugh, but the car my sisters both learned to drive was a 1962 Checker Marathon. Like the cabs in New York. It weighed over two tons. Trying to watch my 5'2" inch sister jack up that car with the old fashioned bumper jack still brings a smile to my face, but she did it.
My girl is very girly, her room is pink, she takes ballet and helps her Mom sew quilts. But she likes to play with Daddy's motorcycles as well, and thats OK too.
