Wonder what the reserve is. I've already risked divorce on bling and necessary parts this spring. _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT

It's been there since the second without a bid... Are people finally getting wise to this auction thing? I'm surprised no one is bidding on it. His buy it now price is about right - these are unobtanium/nla. Be interesting to see what it goes for - Scott... _________________ Jim

Well, I was the high bidder for about an hour. We're headed over to Quinns Hot Springs ( http://quinnshotsprings.com/ ) to spend the night, eat and soak so I won't be able to track this. What is exactly the difference, more power, more noise? _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT

Adds a perceived (meaning I have not dynoed it) 5-7hp and a really nice throaty growl to the sewing machine sound of stock. Really adds punch to the low end.
It is louder, but not by much and nowhere near obnoxious.
Another good thing is that it will never lose value. You can sell it in 3-5 years for what you paid. _________________ Bane of your existence since July 2006

Thanks Dave, I'll have to keep my eye out for one. The guy that out bid me decided not to mess around with any more bids a punched the buy it now button. Still a good deal I suppose but I was hoping to get it for $100. _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT

buy it now isn't supposed to work after anyone has bid on the item... _________________ M N B

I think I got mine from MaxMoto - can't remember the guy's name, but I can remember him saying, with a very thick accent, "it's not louder, it's just deeper."
I'm sure these won't go down in price - I was hoping you'd get it for $100.00, too. _________________ Jim

No, it works until the price goes by the "buy it now" price. _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT

Sorry, I just couldn't resist using the "Buy It Now" after all the comments I read here about how much I would like the Remus over stock! No hard feelings? _________________ 1996 Aspen Silver K1100LTSE

Pictures of the newly acquired and mounted system will need to be posted once it is in your possession. You did know that is a requirement of this forum, right?
BTW, keep your hands away from the cages- some have lost limbs here. _________________ John & Cathy

Welcome Dagcakes, I see that's your first post!
All's fair on an EBay auction.
You'll have to post some pics and introduce yourself.
I posted that listing here so that one of our K11OG'ers would have a shot at it. Glad its in the family! _________________ Steve

Hey - welcome to K11OG!
That's not a bad price, but I think I would have let the auction run.
Oh, there are hard feelings all over the forum - but you get used to that... _________________ Jim

You know, I had a FEELING someone from here bought it.
Hey man no apologies needed.
500 bucks for a Ti Remus is still a great price!

Here it is mounted on my brick. Now has a deep rumbling exhaust note, and in my limited test ride after installation, seems to have more get up and go throughout the powerband. . . .

That looks nice! Nice Brick, also. Do you like the sound? I'm trying to imagine a 1100 "rumble." _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT
