Now Dom, you didn't learn anything from me, did ya now.
I broke my L ankle/foot in Jul '07. I was 8 weeks to walk w/o crutches or foot brace. It still bothers me to this day from time to time.
You might make it by May IF you LISTEN to the doctors and DO what they say.
See ya there anyway, no matter how you get there. After all Ted drove last year too. _________________ Ride safe.

Talked with Dominic for a few minutes - unfortunately, it's his gear shift ankle. If it heals up OK and he doesn't need pins, he should be able to ride by HMSP II. Just leave it in 3rd gear... _________________ Jim

Hi everyone,
It looks very unlikely that I will be able to make Hungry Mother this year. I am looking at another 8 to 10 weeks in a cast. I work 6 day a week at the dealership and its tough getting any time off in the Spring or Summer. So the little bit of time I can beg for to get off, I would like to ride, esp after sitting out Spring and part of Summer. So if I dont make it, have fun.
I am squared up with the $25.00 cabin fee from:
Ted
Jim
Audi
Skdonlan
Scott A.
and Phil
If anyone else attends please pay Ted the $25.00 as a donation.
Best of luck, _________________ Dom |

Hey Boot, sorry to hear you won't be able to make it. It's important to let that ankle heal properly, so we certainly understand.
Maybe next year for HMIII!? _________________ Steve

Ok, let's get this out of the way.
So, Mark is drinking at the bar with his long, time good friend John.
John takes a long pull on his mug and looks over at friend.
"Say Mark, how's the wife?"
Mark turns up the mug and drains the last of his fourth beer, "Oh, she's ok I guess, but she sure has put on the weight this year."
John nods his head in solemn recognition and commiseration, "Yeah, they all do that." Then he sadly drains his own mug and calls for the bar keep for another round.
I can't fit in my riding pants , so I'll be riding in jeans.
I refuse to buy riding pants that fit because I've begun trying to lose the weight. But there's no way I'll reach that goal by HMII.
See ya there, fat assed and all. _________________ 1993 K1100RS aka The Shop Whore

We still have room for at least one more person. If others show up, they'll have to take a couch or bring a tent. The cabin has eight beds. So far we have:
Ted
Jim
Audi
Skdonlan
Scott A.
Phil

No worries Jim
I don't need a bed per se, just a roof or a pickNAP table.
I'll be glad to pack a sleeping bag and pad if someone else wants to stay at the cabin in a bed. _________________ 1993 K1100RS aka The Shop Whore

No, I didn't just turn blonde. I made the mistake of leaving Gwen off the post on the page before this one - then I corrected it and included her. _________________ Jim

If there's no room left in the cabin, Gwen can sleep on the covered porch next to the PoserBrick |

So, does anyone know if Ted will be joining us on two wheels this year? If so, what's he riding?
