Well, I couldn't find in the torque chart for the control rod bolt specifically.
But, by the fact that the bolt is a 10mm, from table 2 "general torque spec's" you should be safe with 25-39Nm for a 10mm bolt.
I think I set mine around 32Nm when I did my spline lube on my '97. _________________ Ride safe.

The factory repair manual says 43Nm. It's on page 254 if you have the .pdf file. It took me a while to find this one too when I reassembled mine last month. _________________ '95 K1100RS with only 47k miles |
