Hey Folks,
I need to replace the fuel line that is inside the tank. Is this a special hose or can I use any fuel injection hose.
Thanks for the help,

Hi, Rich,
It is a special hose. It is designed to not only retain the high F.I. pressures, but to do it while submerged in gasoline. If you use normal F.I. hose, it will work until the outer covering is degraded by the gasoline. I have no idea how long that might take.

Ok, I found that it is a 30R10 fuel line. Does anyone know where to find it? I haven't been able to locate any. I do know that it is not cheap.
Thanks, _________________ Rich

I just checked www.bikebandit.com thats where I've order'ed most of my parts from and they have the inside gas line priced at $25.00 there are two one before the filter and one after.
It's under BMW K1100 OEM Parts
I hope this helps _________________ In the words of the stones

Thanks for the info. A place here in town says (via their computer) that they have a foot of Gates submersible hose in stock for $26. I'll see if they actually do and if not Bike bandit will work.
