I was getting out the airbox tonight and had to move the power distribution box a little. What I found was not good. I am pretty sure BMW never used wire nuts! Easily fixed, but I found some large wire caps that are of various colors that multiple wires feed into. Almost like a heat shrink wire nut. Are these normal? Or, do I have a lot of wiring to fix. I will try to post a picture tomorrow.

Thanks for everyone's help on previous issues, this forum is a real savior.

No pictures required but, yes, those are OEM. I've always found the megaground(the yellow one) amusing.
