Sold some parts to a guy who sent me this pic of his naked K1100RS. About as naked as it gets:

Very very cool / tough.
LOVE the way the frame tubes are capped off & WTH is that tank coated with?
Gotta see more, will he share? _________________ 1993 K1100RS that I'd rather be riding FAST!

Loks like the tank is done in truck bed liner. The Line-X stuff I had done to many parts has a cool shininess to it. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

You noticed that too, huh?
Riding in the rain would also be interesting- the rear tire would do a pressure washer job on your back..... _________________ John & Cathy

The bike's in SoCal I think. I had the same thoughts about riding in the rain. I'd get my back streaked with dirty water on my K75RT before I installed the BMW rear fender extender. I'll bet that bike wold have water running down the back of your neck inside your jacket.
A gravel road might be interesting too. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

The racer X crowd likes to put their feet back on those when they are hunched over & flying down the road. Kinda hinders reaction time on the foot controls though.
Yeah, you would get covered in road grime / rain dirt quick, but that bike just looks so bitch'n tough.
Of course, the experienced here all know, and I did not say it first, but tough, ain't enough.
Flip side, for just out & ripping around, can't get much more bare. _________________ 1993 K1100RS that I'd rather be riding FAST!
