Has anyone seen or done an extender for the brake pedal for a 1996 K1100. I want to extend it by 2" or so out from the bike not length wise. _________________ "Badges? We don't need no stinking badges"!

Those nice chaps at Wunderlich produce a range for the GS and RT, which have the open rear brake lever. This may be a useful place to start :

Our bikes have the solid lever end, so you will inevitably have some cutting and drilling to do.
As a general comment, I'm not at all impressed with the quality of the alu castings on my K11. There is clear corrosion damage to the shaft of the rear brake lever (adjacent to the footpeg carrier) and under the front part of that lever (where the foot actuates).
I suspect that this is due to crappy English weather, and the large quantities of animal urea spread on our roads in Winter.
Worth checking that the alu worm has not been at your lever, before you start drilling holes in it _________________ C1 200 (2001)
