32 pounds of the arse of the pig... 29 hours at 200 degrees... hickory smoke...
then... when i got it all put away... the sun came out...
gonna go see the donkeys on donkey canyon road... yesterday they were laying down on the job... but i have no photographic evidence to prove it...
but today i gotts the cannon sd1000 charged and ready to go... bye...
i dig the pig... started at 8am yesterday...
finished at 1pm today...
just a little snack...

relish is good...
just the pig and some sauce between the buns for me... occasionally some cole slaw in there too... i kinda like the bread n butter pickles on the side too...
heres them crazy donkeys...
first is the after the fire... scorched cactus...
and now... same area... different spot... the cactus recovered and they gotts lotts o budds and the hills are green...
and o my... theres my favorite donkeys...

Hey, I have a donkey friend out in the country too. He actually stands sentry over a shed full of old farm implements. They make great guards against varmits.
