I went for a 100+ mile ride with a buddy last night. His K1200S onboard computer has an ambient temperature feature. We had a good laugh when the temp dropped below 14 degrees F and the screen went from a flashing"14" to "--"... flatline!
It was as if the bike was telling us we were nuts for riding and stopped keeping track Shocked
I love winter Laughing Laughing Laughing

Is that an issue that can be repaired? Is it a programing oversight or sensor failure?

Heh I went home at lunch and got my bike, going to go for a ride tonight as well.

I too love riding in the winter. If it's somewhat clear I am out there, it's a shame we don't live closer together Rydor, think about the trouble we could cause. Twisted Evil

(I love riding aimlessly at night also)
