Over the years I've never been able to get the noise going over sharp bumps out of my windshield assembly. Tried running with it all the way up and down with no improvement. When making repairs, I've tightened everything in sight. Is this a common problem?

Bob - what kind of noise is it??? If you've tightened everything, and the assembly isn't loose, then nothing should be making any noise.

I can't think of anything in the assembly that would make noise. The fairing isn't loose, is it?

I've only had 4 K bikes - but none of them had any noise coming from the windscreen or motor.

My K bike sounded like the windshield would shake off the bike going over railroad tracks. Never figured it out until I pulled the entire fairing off, one of the four from mounting bosses was broken, probably from the bike being dropped before.I fiberglass and epoxy it back in place. Was not completely quiet but was much better.

In doing windshield repairs over time I only remember seeing one fairing bracket under there and it seemed tight. I'll have to look for more. That's,guys for the suggestions

There's only one main bracket - but I think it has 4 attachment points.
