Anybody using one?
I think it's the priciest cover out there.
But there are not a lot of choices, or maybe I'm just missing them?
My old EZ tour, which came with my bike, finally split on a 28 degree fall morning last year and I need to replace it. _________________ 1993 K1100RS that I'd rather be riding FAST!

You looking for lightweight or heavy duty? 1/2 coverage or full?
Geza does get their pound of flesh, don't they.
If you are just looking for a travel cover Nelson-Rigg makes an inexpensive one. Our daughter, Jen, has one that came with the ZX6R we bought for her.
If you want something for storage while at home, the super-heavy duty official BMW cover runs about $100 . I have a couple and they are bomb-proof. _________________ John & Cathy

I had a light weight half cover. Used it at work everyday, so that's what I need.
Light weight & travel ease.
Forgot about Nelson Rigg. Thanks!
Hard to swallow 265 bones for a Geza cover.
I had the EZ tour, they are about $100
Covering it at work keeps it SO MUCH cleaner! _________________ 1993 K1100RS that I'd rather be riding FAST!

I caved & bought an EZ tour traveller.
It' s a light weigth half cover like I had.
$104 shipped and I liked the last one.
Used the spare $ to buy a pound of WS2 for the bike. _________________ 1993 K1100RS that I'd rather be riding FAST!

I'd be curious to hear your impressions after you use this one a bit, as I'm considering a compact half cover as well. I'd run into the Geza before and found them quite nice...until I saw the price tag. Schnazzy, but out of my league.
Questions three: How long did your previous cover last? Is the Traveller what you had before as well? If not, do they seem comparable in build quality?
Danke. _________________ Niemand

Yes! I had a travler that came with the bike from the PO.
I bought the bike in 08 and it failed end of year 13.
It looked OK when I started using it, and it gets used once daily at work and on longer rides.
It helps keep stuff off the bike. Sun, airborn dust & dirt ect. it gets parked out from under trees, but there are birds, and truck dirt, and so much more chit that falls out of the air.
I say it will last a minimum of 5 years, maybe longer. I like the half cover as I like access to my saddle bags once the cover is on. I had a solid color before, getting 2 tone black & silver.
Will post pics once i am using it. _________________ 1993 K1100RS that I'd rather be riding FAST!
