|
|
Delivery confirmation shows it got there on April 7. They called me today to let me know it is rebuilt now and get payment authorization. They did apologize for the long turnaround time and said they've been very busy of late.
I talked to them back in April and told them I was in no hurry to get it back.
I am not complaining as I've dealt with them before and like their products and service.
I'm posting this more as a heads up for other WP shock owners. I'g guess that if you call them ahead of time and schedule a rebuild that you'd get much quicker turnaround. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

Sounds like something to definitely schedule for winter downtime.... _________________ Ride safe.

I hope to soon be seeing my friend that's worked for WP for several years.
I'll quiz him on this kinda stuff. |

Anyone know of any other reliable sources for Works rebuilds? Cogent Dynamics did my VFR forks and took 2 months... _________________ 93 K1100RS (2up)

I'd go with Works because they probably have the parts on hand and obviously know their products well Like I recommended above, you can probably get a good turnaround time if you call them and schedule the rebuild with them. _________________ 93 LT (x2)

I had my Work's shock rebuilt this spring. Turn around time was 6 weeks. Busy time of the year. Great product. _________________ 1993 K1100Lt Pine Green Metallic |
