And maybe a bit over the top.
I'm pretty sure neither the Most Interesting Man in the World, Johnny Depp nor Johnny Owrstrich are on Facebook.
Dubya' Bush is.
I remain unpersuaded. _________________ tlp

Only the Reasonists. They believe in an evidence-based world, something called Rationalism. But it's a tiny group, not so influential.

Considering that I check in on my FB homepage about every month or 3, any burglar would have to have ESP about when I would get away in the future or past. Kind of like going back into the future, or forward into the past. WTF????? _________________ John & Cathy

My wife and 14yr old are on it... constantly.
I come home...and they both have their face in their MacBooks .. and the TV is on. (sound off)
My girll just changed her "status" to single--this is how the broke up with her boyfriend. Then come the flurry of posts..
It still seems odd to me that they rarely talk on the phone.... only Chat room or text.
First handwriting is going away.....now any face to face communication. _________________ Tom Connolly

facebook is kinda of pointless if you aren't using your real name. it isn't supposed to be myspace2.0. if you set yourself to not be searchable then it shouldn't matter that your name is on there. _________________ (formerly) 1993 k1100rs |

Not sure I agree with that Supercat1, If someone wants to be a friend, they can ask me personally, I don't want to be searchable. I b=never befriend anyone I don't personally know.
Also DON"T PUT YOUR REAL BIRTHDATE IN THERE!! Not sure about banks elsewhere, but the banks here always use your birthdate as a security question. Sure, only people I know have access to my facebook page, but do you trust all the employees of Facebook? This applies to fleabay, myspace, anything. You won't find my real DOB anywhere.
BTW our 15 year old dughter is banned from FB till she is 18. Really upset her at first, but now she doesn't care in the least. She actually gets some school work done now! _________________ K1100RS '97
