I took the old ones out, took them apart, cleaned them, put in new o-rings and bench checked them. Put them back in and they worked the same as before I cleaned them.

I got my carbtune from the UK many years ago and it works great. As mentioned no fluid to make a mess or get sucked into the TBs by mistake.
