Well today didn't quite go to plan, we were driving down to Manly to go sailing seeing as it was such a nice day. I was at the wheel and started to feel dizzy and nearly fainted. Managed to pull over. Dad got behind the wheel, the dizzy spells continued while he drove us to the hospital which was not very far away, straight into RBH emergency, he drove straight up onto the footpath at the entrance haha. Nearly passed out at the reception area, they stuck me straight into the emergency ward, plugged in a dozen $3million machines that go ping.
Felt better after lying down for half an hour, anyway back home this afternoon full of antibiotics, turns out the infection I got from the flood cleanup in January has flared up again, but I didn't notice till I nearly passed out, glad it wasn't while I was on the bike!!!
Got more tests this week, but should be all good. Heart/blood tests were mostly good, really need to get the blood pressure down again so might get off the piss for a while. Would much rather have been sailing though!!
Here's my georgous baby girl happy that I appear to have carked it:-

...only because the hospital adminstrator was there and the doctors needed to impress him?

Crikey Mate,
You look better than I have ever seen ya...
Yup, if you wanna see your kids have kids you better shape up n give the piss a miss.... big time...
I also can't drink much at all coz it wrecks my health...
Sounds like a fair bit of walking is in order, diet changes, more walking and yoga...
But seriously, what sort of stuff did you eat during the flood clean-up, rotten sausage?
Or did you swig down a stubby of floodwater thinking it was a cold one?
Yes Champ this is not a drill.... but a health call.... you would rather be on two wheels..... but I'm sure you don't wanna be in a wheelchair (2 wheels)...after a stroke
All the very best Mate |

Clearly there is not enough alcohol being added to the system to kill the invading germs, so bring on the Bundy ... _________________ David, owner of:

G'day Derek
Glad to see that you are getting better.
Infections from the flood are still going around.
May not make the Budgie yet as 1 of my mates who is recovering from the big C is having a hernia op just before it and the other one is having his shoulder recon the week after. More later when I know better.
