To all our Aussie members
Happy Australia Day.
Good day for the barbi, a few cold beers and watching the Aussies flog the Poms again in the One Day Series.
Hope that the pic does not offend anyone. _________________ Ride safe

No offence here Frank, pity it was just a drawing!!
So I'm off for a warmish ride seeing it's such a beutifull day, sunny, nearly 30, off up Mt Glorious for breaky, then back to the pub for the afternoon, they're doing a lamb chop bbq.

Thanks very much for remembering us
Excellent sunny sunny days after the long flood weeks and months.....
Here, half way up the right hand coast, the seawater is a goodly 26C, that's nearly 80F...
There are plenty of those Barbies lying topless on the beach
I am just mooching around and enjoying the ambiance, as usual.
Stay warm, Stay fit and Stay sane
All the very best to Y'all.. |

That's a way cool photo shogs!!
Speaking of photos. I discovered some old slides and prints from wwaaayyy back so spent yesterday scanning them.
Here's a photo of our backyard on an OZ day way back in 1978, shows how we get cool on a hot day if you don't have a pool! Deck chairs, cold beer, tractor sprinkler. Looks like it was my turn to get the beers.....

If that was the way it was in 1978, my mind boggles ((actually, it goes into denial)about what that would look like now. _________________ 1993 K1100LT (Washington)
