Hi

My K11LT was a bit unstable in low speed to put it mildly.
Steering and wheel beeering Ok to perfect.
Tyre pressure and wearring OK.
A huge rinkle in my forehead.
Compared the flexibility of the steeringbar withanother K11LT and it was more flexible, due to done rubber tube at the front of the handle bar mounting to upper clamp.
Took 5 min to mount new rubber tubes and now Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy while riding.
