For those who don't know, a clinker is a brick that that cures a bit close to the heat source in the kiln. They are recognized because they come out black.

Thus a clinker is a BLACK BRICK. But of course, if one has a black K-bike/motobrick, it must be spelled with a "K".

And now you know... THE REST OF THE STORY.

I'd like to taste that Zin. I expect it would start mellow, be harsh on the palate, but finish warm... or even HOT.
