Dude - guess what? All our bikes have aluminum gas tanks... Had you asked the question here, a few people might have answered... _________________ Jim

Since this metafiction is continuing, I'll play and ask if anyone would buy a tank bag from a character in such a fiction when that character would be ensnarled by J.O--who may be ensnarling all of us? _________________ 1993 K1100LT (Washington)

So if I read this correctly, JO = Brickzilla ???
How can this be true if Brickzilla writes in complete sentences...
And is comprehensible ???
The drama continues... _________________ Kent

A long long time ago, researchers discovered that folks who were tested as reading at a very low level could, when invested enough, reading at an astouding higher level: those who could not handle "Dick and Jane," for example would, when confronting early and complex versions of Clymer Manuals, would have no problem with those texts, even though the measured Reading Grade Level where far, far higher.
Similarly, writers of all ages have the skill to speak in a variety of voices: Chaucer can write as if he were a horny old woman or a devout minister of the Lord.
We all can assume different "voices" and I think J.O. is quite capable of creating such voices--over the last several years, I've seen, in reading his posts, such transformations.
My own sense--or my hope--is that he found this great K75 for Mikki and has simply created new voices to express his satisfaction with that bike while having some fun with the rest of us who only know him through his words. _________________ 1993 K1100LT (Washington)

Good - looks like it's worth $135.00 to Scott to find out who the mysterious Brickzilla is - I just hope he lets the rest of us in on it.... _________________ Jim

Hey Brick, could not PayPal your email. What's up? I checked my wife's tank and it is ferrous. If the dimensions work. You did say I could return it for a refund if it doesn't work, right? _________________ Scott Hespelt, '94 K11LT

Yes of course a full refund if it does not fit. Check your PM for the PayPal address. I left off the first letter on the cut and paste.
I'm thinking about a Bagster now. I saw one yesterday. Looked durable and OEM for an aftermarket. |
