I saw a neat modification to mount a Givi top box base to a K75 luggage rack at the Joburg Classic Bike Club.
It was held in place by a pair of cap screws and felt solid.
I’m going to do this mod with my K75 and K1100, the Givi box on my K75 is MAGIC and I detest the 22l box on the K11, it hold next to nothing. And I’m too cheap to buy a Givi for the K11

Now that is what I call lateral thinking.
I have the same problem trying to mount my aftermarket topbox.
Seeing as how the panels on my bike are off being painted at the present time, I might have a look and see how I can adapt this idea to mine.
The bike is going to be pearl white with the slightest touch of blue pearl to give it a shimmer look. Photos when complete.
