I had contacted Dave at Fuel Plus about installation manuals as I may swap a clock for SugarHill's Fuel Plus. He was very helpful and mentioned that he had an older style unit that replaces the clock new, never installed, that he bought back. He has it for sale for $240 with a warranty. I offered to post it here.

I was asking the same question on a thread a few weeks ago. It tracks how much fuel you're using and can display mpg, fuel remaining, range remaining among other things. The newer version has more features but doesn't mount in the clock hole.
More info at http://fuelplus.com/
I have no interest in the company _________________ Jim

Wow, for $240 I think my fuel gauge, odometer reading, low fuel light, and common sense work pretty well.
I do use the feature on my truck to see if I can squeak to the next gas station though. _________________ Steve

Yea Steve, I was thinking the same thing when I ordered the new version 4.02 for $350.
But after I have had it installed and used it now for about 2 wks I really like it. I put on about 400 miles today.
It makes for a nice toy. Not to mention doing my part to help stimulate the economy. _________________ Ride safe.

Just to be clear, I'm not promoting this. The guy was helpful to me and I offered to post it here in case anyone wanted it. _________________ Jim
