Looks like the auto-prune took away all references to WP fork springs. I believe someone once mentioned a Canadian source where they could still be had.

WP springs - formerly White Power - once available through Anderwerks in Calgary, are now available from Jim Lindemann, Lindemann Engineering, in Gilroy, California - IIRC.
I think that's what I got from him, although I don't know for sure what he sent me... They seem to work just fine. _________________ Jim

Thanks! Do they drop in as easily as described here?

Actually, you can drop them in from the top - but what you would never see is that the WP springs (if they're the same as the ones I got) are 29 mm ID, and the damper flange they sit on is 30 mm OD. Not a problem - if you have the forks apart - you just need to have the center of the flange turned down 1 mm.
Unless you knew the diameter of the flange, and measured the inner diameter of the spring, you would never know that your spring was sitting on top of the damper flange.

What I can't tell you with certainty (without contacting Jim Lindemann) is that I actually have WP springs...

I just remembered that when I first called Lindemann about fork springs for the K11 (not a bike he usually deals with), he sort of thought about the bike for a bit before he decided it should have linear - not progressive springs. _________________ Jim
