When I get low on gas, and the fuel light is on, the bike puts out this really weird whining noise. It honestly sounds like it's crying, and there's a bit of mechanical noise that sounds like a pump....

It can get a wee bit embarassing, riding past the hot chicks with a whiny bike.....

Here are some things I tried.
http://k11og.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6389

I replaced the fuel filter and took the clamp that I put on the damper off
still had some noise, and was just giving up on stopping the buzz, Then I replaced my battery for the ABS and the fuel pump buzz went away .
I guess the pump needed a good battery also.
I sill get a little noise when the tank gets low.
But not as loud as it was befor

Yeah, I wasn't really complaining, I just think it's kinda funny. I've been known my whole life to spend too much time with the tank on E, and now I have a vehicle that actually cries when it happens.
