Hi Duck,
I'm keith,do you or any one you know ,have a bent,un-usable k11 fork like mine?Ihave a 95 k1100lt I want a bad one to keep cost down and learn how best to dis-assemble it?It can be the rt.side so as I dont want to use one w/the speed senser mount on it
Anyone have one I can pay shipping? thanks keith |

Believe it or not, youtube.com have videos that show you the basics on how to rebuild forks. Just do a search on motorcycle fork seal.
I watched every one I could find to get an idea on what to expect.

It's an ABS sensor, not a speedo sensor. And it can be removed too.
It really isn't that hard to to the forks if you follow the Clymer manual. Getting the clips out is the hardest part - just takes some patience and swearing.
You're better off just working on your own forks - one less clip to remove. _________________ 93 LT (x2)
