Hi, before I put the K1100RS away for the winter I took a ride down the street. No rear brake at all--front only. On the center stand, engine off, pushing down on the rear brake pedal it will grab the disk but on the highway I don't have any stopping power.

Any held/ideas appreciated! Thanks.
