I have and enjoy a 1996 LT Limited Edtion, Alpine in color, with the maintenance up to date and 32K on the clock. Everything works on it but my eyes are wandering for a GT. Does anyone have an idea as to its value? KBB, MCN, etc have differing values, what is a fair price?

If you live near me, it's worth $3,000.  Otherwise I'd say somthing in the $5000 range if the paint is clean all around. (just my opinion)
Mods don't add too much to the price unless you find someone who values them.

Which is most K11 riders after a year or so.
I got my bike bone stock for 4K.
Oh how I wish it had a Corbin, Ohlins, Staintune/Remus and lights on it already.
An educated buyer will look for more, no?

Yeah, but the problem is that people value diffrent mods differently. e.g. someone who is looking for a daily driver won't care much about exhaust, driving lights, etc...
As for me, I prefer to get something stock and mod it to my own tastes.
I've got tons of mods on my bike. I look at them as money spent for my riding desires, not something for resale value. (with the possible exception of springs and Ohlins.)

It has the Aerolfow HL guard, runnin' lites on the rear, throttlemeister, of course the Top Case with the chrome rack, seat back cushion and speakers. The paint is unusual,(BMW) metallic tan with dark brown pin stripes and lavender undertones with a fine boquet.
Just had the major done.

Take that sticker off of the windscreen!!!  (Use WD-40 to get residiual glue off.)
Aside from that, it's very nice looking. I agree with the advice to list for $5,500 and be prepared to dicker a bit.

I'll have to go soon to answer his request as to how much I want for the bike and if I can ship it....

that new 1300 GT is looking at my bank account!
The K 1100 is up for sale again, now has 34k on the clock.
Services up to date, no spline lube yet, everything works, even the seller.
