Doing my own service today the plugs I took out were twin sparkers, the one's I put in were single, is there any benefit to using the twin plugs? _________________ Riding a 1995 Marakesh red K1100rs

All the twin ground wire plugs do is last longer. The spark will jump from the center wire to the ground wire via the path of least resistance. This means that you only get one spark at a time but it can be to any of the two ground wires but only one at a time. With two ground wires you are just spreading out the wear on the ground wire over two of them which doubles the plugs life. _________________ Rich
